Useful info for you is that the Toyota RAV4 engine is exactly the same as the Alphard and Vellfire 3.5l from 2006 to 2012, so here's how to change the speed sensor A if you have an issue:

The 2GR-FE engine that the Alphard and Vellfire 20 series have, has been used in a wide range of vehicles, including the Toyota Avalon, Camry, RAV4, Highlander, Sienna, and Lexus ES, among others.

if you had a new Android headunit installed, then read this as the installer may have made a wiring error:

There is a speed signal fed into the original head unit, from the combination meter, if this wire is connected incorrectly or grounded then the speed signal may be compromised.

Originally a grey 5 pin connector connected to the head unit, this has probably been removed now. A Violet colour wire is the speed signal, within the same harness as the reversing pink wire and parking brake switch blue/white wire.

YES! :) John Lau's, awful wiring caused the issue, and we had to get an expert on Japanese audio wiring to fix it which cost a further £450. The chap who fixed it was shocked at what he found John Lau, had done!
